Candied Chinotto and Citrus Peel Pack

Three treasures of Ligurian tradition, candied and paired with dark chocolate, come together in a new collection: lemon, citron and the precious Savona Chinotto.

The rare Savona Chinotto takes centre stage, small, fragrant and distinguished by its characteristic bitter note. Harvested between September and November, it is slowly candied for 15 days and then coated in dark chocolate, which enhances its intensity and aromatic character. A long, artisanal process made even more precious by the limited availability of this Ligurian citrus fruit.

Completing the collection are Ligurian citron and lemon peels, traditionally candied and coated in dark chocolate, creating a balance between the freshness of the citrus fruits and the rich, intense notes of chocolate.
