nutritional values" section. The allergens, such as milk, are printed in

How should I store your products?

Our creations can be stored at room temperature, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Can I include a greeting card with a message in my order?

Yes, you can include a personalised greeting card,
which will be written by hand by our craftsmen. In your basket, you should
specify your request in the "Special order instructions" section,
along with the message that you wish to send.

Can you send me an invoice?

Yes.You can specify that you wish to receive an invoice by selecting "I need an invoice for this order".

What are the delivery times?

Orders are delivered within 2-6 working days. In peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, deliveries may take slightly longer, due to additional pressures on our couriers, among other factors.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver to all countries. Orders are delivered within 2-6 working days.

How can I track my order?

When your order is passed on to the courier, you will receive an email with the linkand code necessary to track it.
