Acacia Honey

Made only by our local bees, this nectar of acacia flowers is harvested between April and May, when the aroma and flavour are at their most delicate. Our honey is brilliantly clear, and is the result of the blossoming of acacia flowers only, a rarity which distinguishes it from other types of  floral essence or not entirely pure acacia honey.
