Nougat is a traditional Christmas product. We make a soft almond nougat known as fondant, containing egg white, sugar and honey and enriched with the finest almonds from Puglia. The honey comes from hives on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, whose bees are fed on our sugar syrup during the winter.
