CHOCOLATE


Ancient machines process cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar, and milk following the traditional times and methods of the past. Even today, we still produce the traditional French «Santé» chocolate, made exclusively of cocoa and sugar, once renowned for its nutritional benefits and unique flavor. The iconic artisanally candied clementine slices dipped in dark chocolate create a delightful contrast that enhances every bite.

"La dragèes est la partie la plus difficile des travaux du confiseur." – Barbier Dubal, 1789. Ancient sweets that preserve, thanks to sugar, seeds, plants and spices, already known in the Middle Ages and widely appreciated in France and Italy.

The traditional Genoese assortment includes: pine nuts, cinnamon, Bronte pistachios, Avola almonds, aromatic almonds, and candied orange peel.
