For Easter, Langosteria and Romanengo 1780 renew their collaboration with an artisanal colomba that enhances authentic taste through slow processing and excellent ingredients.

Led by pastry chef Daniele Bonzi, it is the result of over two days of preparation: soft, fragrant and aromatic, with a citrus heart of candied Romanengo oranges according to Genoese tradition.
