The Romanengo Easter Dove with candied clementines is the result of the combined forces of two true delights, our candied clamentines and the artistry of Gian Piero Vivalda, the Two Michelin Starred chef from the Antica Corona Reale Restaurant. The dough has an unrivalled texture, as a result of its premium ingredients incorporated in a slow rising mixture. We use the original, natural Romanengo candying process, with no preservatives or artificial flavourings.
