Respect for time and the quality of ingredients define the production philosophy of our artisanal Colomba, a symbol of peace so dear to Romanengo that it has become part of its expressive identity throughout its centuries of history.
Over forty hours of preparation, fortified sourdough starter, a high percentage of egg yolk, and Italian wildflower honey make the dough naturally soft, structured, and deeply aromatic.
The combination with our clementines, slowly candied for up to fifteen days according to ancient tradition, without preservatives or artificial flavors, gives this leavened product a unique fragrance and texture.
