Typical of the Carnival season, confetti and sweet ravioli represent the tradition of Romanengo and are playfully inspired by the colors and shapes of the confetti and ravioli we all know.

The ravioli are made by filling a sheet of almond paste with apricot jam. The coriandoli consist of small balls of "fondant" almond paste, flavored with rum, maraschino, vanilla, and coffee, partially coated with dark bitter chocolate.
