Candied Chestnut Creams Perfumed with Orange Flowers

A soft cream made from refined candied chestnuts cooked in their candying syrup at 28° Baumé. The careful, patient production process begins when the chestnuts have fully ripened, which occurs when they come away from their protective shell. This is how we obtain our candied chestnut cream, flavoured with distilled orange flower water.
