The most traditional of the festive breads, panettone, is made for us by Gian Piero Vivalda, the renowned chef from the Michelin two star Antica Corona Reale restaurant.
The dough, with its unique texture, is slow rising and made from the finest ingredients, to which we add our candied clementine. From the hand of the great two Michelin Star chef of the Antica Corona Reale Restaurant, Gian Piero Vivalda, the most traditional of the great leavened products, panettone, was born. A dough with a unique consistency, slow leavening, made from the best ingredients, embellished with our candied clementine.
