Rose Petal Syrup

An ancient recipe, which uses fresh rose petals from the Genoa hinterland, water, sugar and lemon juice. The unique sweetness of this syrup enhances its thirst quenching, astringent and purifying qualities. Our roses, whose petals are separated by hand, are supplied by small growers from the Genoa hinterland. There are three quality levels - Gallica, Muscosa and Rugosa. Part of the Slow Food initiative.
