The unique sweetness of this syrup enhances its characteristics: thirst-quenching, astringent, purifying. Our roses, whose petals are separated manually, come from small producers in the Genoese hinterland. They mainly belong to three qualities: Gallica, Muscosa and Rugosa. Slow Food Presidium.
