A classic of chocolate making, chocolate with hazelnuts, is offered by Romanengo in the bitter dark versions ( with a percentage of cocoa ranging between 64% and 70% ) and milk versions. It is produced according to ancient methods only with cocoa, cocoa butter, sugar and milk, naturally, for the variant of the same name: the cocoa mass is worked slowly with the granite stone and, after refining, it is whisked in the basin for three days and three nights without stopping becoming “velouté”. A balanced and enveloping product, embellished by the addition of chopped three-lobed hazelnuts from Piedmont for a combination of flavors that will win over adults and children alike.
